Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing My My Local Car Rentals. Please take note of our reservation confirmation and cancellation policy:

1. Confirmation Fee:
– After your reservation is confirmed, a fee of $40.00 or 5% of the prepaid amount (whichever is greater) will apply.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– If canceled within 48 hours of the pickup date/time, a fee of $40.00 or 5% of the prepaid amount (whichever is greater) will apply.
– Reservations with a total value less than the cancellation fee won’t be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy:
– Failure to cancel before the pick-up date and time will result in all charges being final (no refunds, no changes, non-transferable).

4. Optional Items:
– Optional items such as upgrades and insurance can be purchased directly from the rental agency and will be charged separately. Purchase is not mandatory.

5. Driver’s License Requirement:
– A valid driver’s license must be issued from the selected country of residence.
– No refunds if the primary driver cannot provide a valid driver’s license and/or major credit card in their own name.

6. Currency:
– All transactions are charged in USD.

7. Cancellation Procedure:

Confirm and Pay
